Who We Are
The Eurasian-Mediterranean Cooperation Council (EMC Council) is an institutional platform with cultural, diplomatic, economic, and strategic dimensions, established to build a system of Eurasian-Mediterranean regional exchange based on dialogue, cooperation, and partnership — promoting mutual understanding and consolidating friendship and trust among peoples; advancing cultural diplomacy; supporting education, research, and innovation; and facilitating sustained dialogue across Europe, the Middle East, and the Mediterranean.
The Council operates according to the principles of neutrality, transparency, and accountability, promoting the universal values of peaceful cooperation and integral human development.

Geographic Scope
Working across the European and Mediterranean region, fostering cultural dialogue and cooperation with Asian nations and cultures — with particular attention to the entire Mediterranean basin, from its northern shores (Greece, Italy, France, Spain) to its southern shores, in respect of a millennial historical continuity.
Legal Status
Registered in Italy as a non-profit association. Formally established on November 12, 2025 in Rome. Representative offices in Beijing (China) and Cairo (Egypt). The President holds the powers of direction, coordination, and oversight over all institutional bodies.
